the location is super convenient with easy access to public transport and a variety of food options i also found a convenience store nearby which was very helpful the hotel is clean and well kept the receptionist was friendly and polite making my check-in process smooth and pleasant
the gym's air conditioning was a bit too strong at times

the location is convenient with many eateries nearby..
the bed was too hard and therefore uncomfortable. there was no complimentary water in the room, which i found odd. plus, i was unhappy that the hotel held a deposit on the room for up to two weeks after i paid upfront many weeks before arriving

cramped bedloud alarm
the room was smaller than i anticipated a king bed was supposed to accommodate two adults. we found it quite cramped. there was also an odd incident two nights with an alarm. someone spoke through the loudspeaker during those nights it woke us up.
